Goldstone is a glittering glass made in a low-oxygen atmosphere. The manufacturing processes trace back to 12th Century Persia. This particular color is made from cobalt. They mix it with silica and keep the mixture at a very narrow temperature range to allow crystals to nucleate, and then they cool it all down in one big vat. We LOVE the galaxy look!
