Spotted River Jasper - 5

We have several of these beauties. Typically called "Indonesian Ocean Jasper" or "River Jasper" they come from the volcanic island chain of Indonesia. Geologically, this material is believed to be a silicifed orbicular rhyolite, made from explosive volcanic ash and subsequent alteration by fluids, like water, flowing through and desolving the material and initiating circular mineral growths (or orbs). Really a unique material and this small collection is all we have.

The stones have a natural leopard print pattern with a mix of deep red chocolate that give way to deep green and tan pattern. These pendants go with all sorts of business casual.
