River Jasper Heart Pendant – Sterling Silver

It's a sparkly volcano!!

We have several of these beauties. Typically called "Indonesian Ocean Jasper" or "River Jasper," they come from the volcanic island chain of Indonesia. Geologically, this material is believed to be a silicified orbicular rhyolite, formed from explosive volcanic ash and subsequently altered by fluids, such as water, which dissolved the material and initiated circular mineral growths (or orbs). Really a unique material, and this small collection is all we have.

The heart shape was just because hearts are cool.
