Maw Sit Sit Pendant ~ Jade-ite ~ Dino Shape!

Originally thought to be jade, Maw Sit Sit turned out to be a high chromium jadeite and albite, and has since passed into legend. Mined only in northern Burma in SE Asia, it is one of the most expensive and desired minerals in the jewelry markets. This material was purchase by my parents when they went on holiday to Burma.  This is one of our "micro" pendants!
